I am certainly no PHP-slinging WordPress guru, but I am pretty impressed at the promise of ThemesPress: converting your plain ol' HTML and CSS layout into a fully-functional WordPress theme. After a simple 4-step process involving uploading your layout's images and code, you're able to preview your final template and make unlimited changes before dropping $10 for the service.They make it sound simple enough, but with all the ugliness of cross-browser HTML and CSS compatibility, I'm skeptical.
