The concept is simple; you are given a series of levers that hang down and objects that you can hang from the levers. Balancing the weight on each side of the lever will keep the objects from touching the water at the bottom, and release another lever, object, or both. The goal is to find a way to put everything together so that it doesn't touch the water. There is definitely an end to the game, since there's no way they could keep giving you objects forever.
