But maybe you don't want to bother with actually running Windows on your Mac, either. All you want to do is play Half-Life, after all.CrossOver Mac, produced by Codeweavers, may be the solution for you. It allows you to run Windows applications natively from within Mac OS X. (Codeweavers, remember, is a major corporate supporter of Wine.) Grab the free beta version now; once it hits 1.0 status, you'll have to pay $40 for it.
