I don't know that this is something I would keep handy because I am too lazy to type all that in every time I wanted to run a program, which is why we have icons in this modern world. If you are a Linux/Unix geek, simply like carpal tunnel, or have a penchant for painful memory overruns (in your head) I can see using this. I don't know who put this up, but it looks like a personal cheat sheet that you could print out and reference on occasion if you need to do something special you can't find easily elsewhere on your PC.
