On 9/29/2009, an earthquake in the Pacific caused a tsunami to hit American Samoa, killing in upwards of 100 people according to initial reports. On 9/30/2009, the most popular blog-press site in the world, The Huffington Post posted video linked from YouTube credited as being "brave amateur footage" from the event. As several commenters to HuffPo were quick to point out, the footage was actually from the 2004 tsunami, which killed nearly 400k. Twelve hours later, Huffington Post still has the post up, still links to the YouTube video and has not corrected the story attached. 30/09/09
