Pingdom Desktop Notifier tells you when your web site goes down
The notifier runs on Windows XP, Vista, and 7, and it's dead simple to set up and use. Install it, enter your credentials, and the system tray icon appears. With any luck, it'll go green. That's good. Red, not so good. When things go south, the alert (inset above) appears and provides buttons to jump to your Pingdom log or visit the offending site (just to satisfy your curiosity).
The Pingdom Desktop Notifier is a free download, and a single-site monitoring account is also free.

The Illusionist's Dream is a simple platformer; you play as a magician who needs to get through each level by transforming into any number of animals that you encounter along the way.
Each animal can do different things; the butterfly can obviously fly, but if it encounters a frog, the frog eats it, and you have to start over again. There's also a fox that runs fast and leaps far, but it eats any rabbits that cross its path. That means that, if you may need to be a rabbit later on, you need to take that into account ...

So my 22 Debian servers have this nifty thing called mon. When a site experiences any trouble (switching DRBD, high load, no response, etc) - the system sends me an email & sms.

This one will benefit for people who don't have their own server, i.e.: hosted sites.
Not everybody can afford the electricity of 22 debian servers :-D
