Thumbs down! Firefox users can now "dislike" posts on Facebook
It sounds kind of silly to keep track of your own dislikes, but it turns out that the extension feeds them into a database, so they'll be visible to anyone else who has it installed. The dislikes blend in seamlessly with the Facebook News Feed, appearing right below regular likes. It looks as if the members of those pro-dislike Facebook groups should be downloading Firefox and checking this extension out.

So, just how good at time waster games are you? Think you've got the stuff? Well, The World's Hardest Game 2.0 doesn't think you do.
Yes, amazingly, it's possible to have a sequel to a game called "The World's Hardest Game". It doesn't seem logically possible, since if the first one was actually the world's hardest, how could another one come along and share the moniker? It made me doubt the name in the first place. There's a pretty straightforward way Facebook could implement "dislikes" without making a mess of things.
Just have an extra option with your status update to identify it as "positive", "negative", or "neutral" (with the default still being positive, of course). If positive, only a "like" option appears. If negative, only a "dislike" option appears. And if neutral, neither options appear.
This way, in addition to getting an "unlike" option, you would also be able to avoid people liking updates about something bad happening.
Might mess things up for the API though, I guess...
