PrivacyChoice makes Terms of Service easily-readable

Earlier in the year, Jay covered PrivacyChoice - a service that lets you easily opt-out of tracking cookies with a tonne of webservices. However, very few people really know how these services plan to use your information. I'll admit a macabre fascination with the information that the likes of Google could collect and use - for example, if users send a link via email does Google use this in determining what's popular - however there's also the very real concerns over user privacy.

The main problem in knowing what services can do with your data, however, lies in the intimidating legalese we know as 'Terms of Service' agreements, and a new addition to the PrivacyChoice site now lets you see what data services collect about you, and how the services can use it. From Woot to the WhiteHouse, there's a fairly in-depth selection of websites and services listed along with what you're telling the site about you when you visit it.

It doesn't seem logically possible, since if the first one was actually the world's hardest, how could another one come along and share the moniker? It made me doubt the name in the first place. That is, until I tried the game. The mechanics of the game are very simple. You are a small red square, ...
