This is a complete waste of time for anyone not still using a CRT display. Using flat panels in anything other than their native resolution is just plain dumb and self-defeating. Users should instead learn to use the scaling features native in every currently developed OS worth mentioning. Further, they should nag software vendors whose products don't work well with scaling.
