Stupid Windows 7 / Vista trick: who needs Hawkscope?

At any rate, one of the key features of Hawkscope is that it allows you to "access all your partitions from the system tray." Wait a tic - haven't we been able to do that as far back as Windows 98 (possibly even 95, but again, memory fails me)?
Right click your taskbar, choose toolbars -> new toolbar and browse to My Computer. Press select folder, and you're done. Even your removable drives will show up when they're plugged in since the toolbar updates the same way the My Computer window does.
Now you've got the best of both worlds - fast access to your drives and Aero Glass!
With Halloween fast approaching, it's a great time to get in some practice defending your territory against zombies. In Graveyard Shift, you take aim at zombies and other creepy-crawlies, blasting them into splatters of cartoony green guts. It's a casual first-person shooter, and it's very easy to get the hang of - use the mouse to aim, click to fire. Graveyard Shift has at least 15 levels, and it might even have some secret stages I haven't unlocked yet.

Agreed, thanks for the post. This is a useful feature that's been around for a long while but hasn't seen widespread adoption.

Hawkscope is nice, but you can't right click any files. The windows shortcut allows you to right click. I like to open media files without opening the folder.

It's really funny seeing tips like this when you've been doing it for years. xD
I've got my MP3 collection in a menu on my taskbar so I can just mouseover through all the different folders to find the song I need.

Yeah, someone was showing this to me the other day, along with "Standalone Stacks," and saying how it was so cool that you could finally just...
And I interrupted, "Finally just do something that you could do all along?" (I know, it's rude to interrupt. I apologized.)
I discovered the taskbar option when using Windows ME (I know, I'm the only one who used that OS). It would have been kinda nice if someone had pointed it out to me a little sooner...
