Paid subscriptions coming to Hulu?
There are no plans to launch Hulu subscriptions at the moment, and Miller was just speaking in hypotheticals. But News Corp is one of Hulu's two primary backers (the other being NBC), so if he thinks subscriptions are a good idea, it might be time to start throwing a little money in a piggy bank for a Hulu day fund.

I don't know if this is a labor of love or merely the brainchild of four very gifted games designers, but Level Up is a really weird mash-up of gaming elements that you have probably never seen in a Flash game before.
Let's start with the premise itself: Groundhog Day meets Memento. The game experience revolves around 'days': you explore the world and the clock slowly ticks towards the evening. You bounce around picking up gems and talking to the denizens of 'Level Upland'. Eventually you feel tired and head back to ...

Ha!! Dream along with me!!! Hulu is nice but not great!! I doubt if anybody would pay for those programs unless them would keep them on their servers for a longer time than they do now. All you get now is old old versions and the latest for about two weeks after it comes out. A real drag! Why pay for Hulu when you can go to OVGUIDE and get almost anything at anytime???? You would have to significantly improve the program base if you wanted to charge anything for the service. Subscription services are a way of the past in almost every field , better to monitorize with advertising. When will those fat cats realize that they can't get money out of us simple Joe's to support their company jets!

I think instead, Hulu should have "Pro" accounts, where users the go for this account, can have special access to goodies like no ads, more advance player features (like bookmarking a spot?), and maybe even a certain number of downloads. Hopefully, the Pro accounts are at a good price that will entice users to go for it, and help cover production costs for the content.

Great. I finally found an awesome site where I can watch a wide variety of content with a few ads here and there, and it too will soon start demanding my money.
Yay BitTorrent.

Only reason I would pay is if they made the entire catalog of each show available. Not just this 5 latest show crap.
