Once installed, you'll be able to access just about anything on your device like any other folder on your Windows system. No jailbreaking is required, though the .Net 2.0 framework is and iTunes must be installed.
Right now, TouchDrive only works on 32-bit Windows, though 64-bit support is in the works.
