Send faxes without a fax machine with Qipit
For years, my default solution has been to use FaxZero, a web site that lets you upload short PDF or DOC files to send to a fax number for free. You can only send 2 faxes per day, with a maximum of 3 pages each, for free. But you can pay to send additional and/or longer faxes.
Qipit is another web-based service that lets you send faxes. But instead of uploading PDF or Word documents, you can upload images you snap with either a cameraphone or a digital camera. Qipit will adjust the contrast to make sure they're readable and then either convert the documents into PDFs that you can email to contacts or allow you to send them to fax machines fo free.
You can only send 5 free faxes a week with Qipit. But if you don't need to send faxed documents very often, it's a whole lot cheaper than buying a Fax machine. Or a scanner.

So, just how good at time waster games are you? Think you've got the stuff? Well, The World's Hardest Game 2.0 doesn't think you do.
Yes, amazingly, it's possible to have a sequel to a game called "The World's Hardest Game". It doesn't seem logically possible, since if the first one was actually the world's hardest, how could another one come along and share the moniker? It made me doubt the name in the first place. That is, until I tried the game.
The mechanics of the game are very simple. You are a small red square, ...

Conrad from Qipit here, thanks for including our service in the post. I just want to assure your readers that Qipit takes privacy and confidentiality very seriously. The Qipit service is a completely automated process, at no point during the processing of documents does anyone at Qipit read the content of your documents nor does Qipit use any type of technology to read your personal information. All qipits and pictures are stored on servers in a tier one datacenter and they are protected with security algorithms. More generally we never give personal information such as e-mail address or telephone numbers to other parties for any reason.

Hi! I think it's a good provider but I use Popfax.com and it's a very cheap and fast fax to email service. Besides this, for subscription everyone can use the code: 0802198408021984 and will have 20% discount.
It's really more reliable to use an internet fax service instead of the fax machine.

GotFreeFax.com is another website that lets user send free fax online to the US and Canada. User can either upload a PDF/Word file or enter text to fax. Plus, it does not add Ads to the fax, which makes it more suitable for faxing formal documents.
