what happens if your bank is not listed in there database?
can you still use there product?

I've been using Mint for about 9 months - when I started, I could only add about a 1/4 of my various accounts (bank, way too many Credit cards, random 401ks, etc), but they have been steadily adding new institutions. Now I only have 1 account that I can't track on Mint (a car loan).
I'm guessing that if your bank is not listed yet, on either Rudder or Mint, post in their forums the following:
Institution name
Homepage URL
Login page URL
info needed to login (eg username, password, account number, picture selector, etc).
