Grab three free games from Amazon's new Casual Game Store

Currently, the store has over 600 available for purchase including games like Spandex Force and Yummy Drink Factory. You can probably find a few games that would be better choices than those, though.
Titles retail for $9.99 or less, but for a limited time you can grab three games for free: Build-a-lot, Jewel Quest II, and The Scruffs.
Of course, you can also find tons of great Time Wasters right here if you'd rather not support Amazon. We're ok with that.

So, just how good at time waster games are you? Think you've got the stuff? Well, The World's Hardest Game 2.0 doesn't think you do.
Yes, amazingly, it's possible to have a sequel to a game called "The World's Hardest Game". It doesn't seem logically possible, since if the first one was actually the world's hardest, how could another one come along and share the moniker? It made me doubt the name in the first place. That is, until I tried the game.
The mechanics of the game are very simple. You are a small red square, ...

1. you need an amazon account with a credit card etc.
2. you have to install the amazon downloader.
3. you only get to play jewelquest2 for 30 minutes.
btw, does anyone know how to create your own downloadsquad forum password to get rid of this random alphanumeric default? i'm pretty sure i had one over a year ago, but i don't see the profile button anymore. thx.

When I went to download the games, it won't let me unless I signed up, INCLUDING picking a payment option. Even if these games are free, I don't want Amazon to have my CC number, but it would not let me proceed with picking a payment option.

Why would you not support amazon ? They have some of the best prices anywhere for many items ... and they are NOT walmart

And Wal-Mart is guilty of...what?
Low prices and low quality? You don't have to shop there if you don't want to. They make it possible for lots of people to buy things which were previously much more expensive for them.
Destroying Mom & Pop business?...which are inefficient, limited selection and not logistically efficient at higher prices.
Locating in low tax areas and using right-to-work policies which means more income for their employees and lower prices? Heavens forbid! How many "Joe Blows" have become millionaires from investing in Wal-Mart stock when they worked there?
Providing check cashing, $5 generic drugs (started with them, dontchaknow), eye care, the most generous return policy and locating in predominantly rural areas? Hmmm...I suppose you would prefer those "hicks" stay barefoot and broke.
What a fool you are.
