Minesweeper Flash: It's harder than you think
This online game is inspired by the simple logic game that you know and love/hate so well. But in addition to changing the background rather dramatically, Minesweeper Flash shows the board at an angle. I wouldn't exactly call this a 3D version of Minesweeper, because the board is still on a single plane (you don't move vertically, just horizontally).
But somehow adding a little tilt to the board makes game play a lot more challenging. Don't believe me? Give it a try. It's a bit like learnign to play the game all over again. You know, for the few minutes until you get the hang of it anyway.

So, just how good at time waster games are you? Think you've got the stuff? Well, The World's Hardest Game 2.0 doesn't think you do.
Yes, amazingly, it's possible to have a sequel to a game called "The World's Hardest Game". I still like the original minesweeper on Windows better. You can use the combination of left and right click to detect or clear a area.
It is a way faster pace game than this flash game.

So, Brad, you never learned how to fly, even a plane?
You never stood upside-down on your head or hands?
Remember the Dead Poet Society?
It's only a matter of perspective, a DIFFERENT perspective from the homo sapiens upright (mental?) position we were taught at school.
Give it a try, you'll never go back.
My two cents, of course... :-))

It's only harder because the 3d numbers combined with the skewed perspective makes things cluttered.

Yeah, really didn't have any trouble with it. I actually cleared it faster than I normally would. That or it was easier than Windows' Minesweeper. I wish the Flash version had the flags though.
