Mozilla-based Sunbird and Lightning calendar apps hit 0.9
- Calendar views have been overhauled
- A progress indicator shows up when you're reloading a remote calendar
- Multi-day events now have visual indicators showing that they're connected
- You can now show the today pane in the tasks mode

Yes, amazingly, it's possible to have a sequel to a game called "The World's Hardest Game". It doesn't seem logically possible, since if the first one was actually the world's hardest, how could another one come along and share the moniker? It made me doubt the name in the first place. I love Thunderbird and Lightning. The absolute ONLY reason I don't use them is their non-existent ability to integrate with my desktop environment (gnome/KDE). If they ever get around to getting Thunderbird/Lightning to add the events/emails/etc where they are picked up by my other native KDE/gnome apps I will switch immediately. Here's hoping.

Note that installing the Lightning extension in Thunderbird appears to overwrite any calendars you have imported from the likes of GoogleCal...
