Two Quick Firefox Tab Tweak Addons

The Duplicate Tab extension does exactly that, creating a second instance of your selected tab in a new one (or in its own window). It can also perform two other useful functions. First, it will "detach," a tab - close it in your current window and open a new window with the same URL and your browsing history.
Second, you can use it to merge different windows - combining their tabs and history in a single window.
Tab Clicking Options gives you the ability to control your tabs through different mouse click actions. It's compatible with other tab extensions, so I've set mine up to duplicate a tab when I double-click on it. A host of action are supported, including reloading, bookmarking, closing, and even switching to IE view (if you have the extension installed).
These are two great, small extensions for Firefox users looking for more control over their tabs and windows.
So, just how good at time waster games are you? Think you've got the stuff? Well, The World's Hardest Game 2.0 doesn't think you do.
Yes, amazingly, it's possible to have a sequel to a game called "The World's Hardest Game". It doesn't seem logically possible, since if the first one was actually the world's hardest, how could another one come along and share the moniker? It made me doubt the name in the first place. That is, until I tried the game.
The mechanics of the game are very simple. You are a small red square, ...

faviconize tabs is pretty cool too. You can have certain site (or anything if you want) to shirnk the size of the tab down to just the favicon.
It's nice when you've got a bunch of tabs open at once.

You can also duplicate tabs by holding control and dragging the dab with your mouse. This works without an add-on.

OK,
They are a bit behind the 3.01 curve, but Tab Mix Plus has all of this and more. Its proven very reliable over time and been quite useful to me.
They do have a 3.0.1 pre-release out at http://tmp.garyr.net/
It lets you dup tabs, control where new tabs open. Control focus choices. Right click, middle click, left click options and more

I definitely also recommend just using Tab Mix Plus.

1) Person, it's just me
2) You must never have heard of "options." I have, of course, heard of tab mix plus, but some people like to know what alternatives exist.
I think that's why Firefox exists in the first place.

I knew SOMEBODY would bring up TabMixPlus.
I used TabMixPlus for a long while. The developer takes too long to release official updates. Also, it is such an invasive extension that it messes up several of the other extensions that I consider indispensable. And it has more features than I need anyway.
That is why I use Tab Clicking Options and a few smaller extensions to get the added features that I need.

I found this - http://www.hongkiat.com/blog/duplicate-firefox-tabs-round-up/
But holding CMD/Control (mac/pc) and dragging the tab does nothing. Is there something in about:config i need to enable?
