Tungle launches still another meeting scheduling tool
When you install Tungle it will automatically find your contacts and schedule from Microsoft Outlook. When you want to schedule a new meeting you can select times that work for you, choose from your contacts list, and send out an invitation. If the recipients are also Tungle users they will see your availability in their own calendars. If they're not, you can create and share a "Tungle Space," which is a web-based meeting planner. People can then view your suggested times, and choose one and/or leave comments.
Tungle is free while in beta. It's not clear what the pricing will be when the application emerges from beta. In related news, Jiffle was not available for download when we took our first look at it the other day, but you can now download the application from the Jiffle web site.

So, just how good at time waster games are you? Think you've got the stuff? Well, The World's Hardest Game 2.0 doesn't think you do.
Yes, amazingly, it's possible to have a sequel to a game called "The World's Hardest Game". It doesn't seem logically possible, since if the first one was actually the world's hardest, how could another one come along and share the moniker? It made me doubt the name in the first place. That is, until I tried the game.
The mechanics of the game are very simple. You are a small red square, ...

Another tool not listed here is ScheduleOnce, which I find very easy to use.

The best I have found to use is SMEScheduler (http://www.thesmeplace.com/SMEScheduler). If I'm at my desk then Outlook is fine, however if I want to schedule group meeting s to people they are a pain. SMEScheduler allows people to vote on the times for group meetings, automates the emails out and the voting and completes with a final email with Vcal and Ical attachements for automatic calendar entry. Finally, I can now use the whole service from my Iphone as well as the web - very slick and best of all free !

The best service I have used is SMEScheduler (www.thesmespace.com/SMEScheduler.com) - Outlook is fine when I am at my desk but for group scheduling SMEScheduler handles user voting for the best times and dates and automates the emails and responses and finally delivers an email with an Outlook or Mac attachment - double click on it and it is added to your calendar. Best of the whole things works from my Iphone as well as the web so I can do this on the move.
