ImgBurn: Free CD/DVD image burning for Windows
ImgBurn isn't the only game in town. CDBurnerXP or InfraRecorder are also both free, and they also support burning images to a disc. Both programs are also a bit easier to use if you want to create a compilation, audio CD, or pretty much anything other than a disc image. But ImgBurn's focus on disc images makes it ideal if you're happy with the built in Windows XP/Vista disc burning utilities, but simply need a solution for burning ISO, NRG, or BIN files to disc.

BurnCDCC is only a 70kb download - no bells and whistles though

IMG Burn is great. I've made a couple of $$ Dual Layer coasters with Nero 6 but IMG always burns great. I use it to burn .iso and .nrg files I've created with other programs. The options are great as I can tell it to delete the image after a successful burn. I love that!

No bells and whistles is right. BurnCDCC supports what, one format? Sorry but I wouldn't waste the 70kb of disk space for that pitiful program.
ImgBurn is excellent for the times you just want to write an image without opening a huge program, and it supports plenty of formats. Also allows you to create images, not bad at all.

Well there's a pretty good reason they look alike, they were both made by the same person.

I've used ImgBurn before. Although I do find the lack of several features a bit disappointing, still ImgBurn served my basic purpose...that of burning disk-images without encountering any errors :P Its a nifty app, definitely worth trying out.

ImgBurn doesn't just burn disc images. Go to the Mode menu and switch to Build mode to create "compilations." It can also burn authored DVD video files. The only thing ImgBurn can't do is create audio CDs, but that's better handled by your music program such as iTunes, WMP, or something else.
