Dongmei Lei upset by the $200 price cut on the iPhone filed suit against Apple, Steve Jobs, and AT&T for "price discrimination, underseling, discrimination in rebates, deceptive actions, and other wrongdoings."
iPhone users call for class action suit
Some iPhone owners called for a class action suit against Apple after the recent firmware update which prevents users for using 3rd party applications on the handset.
Firmware downgrade instructions released
Instructions were released for iPhone users who want to downgrade their iPhone from 1.1.1 to 1.0.2 and use 3rd party applications.
