ClipBlast is a search engine that specializes in video. On the site users can enter a search term, and ClipBlast will crawl the web and find all the video content available on that particular term. Clipbast is very good. They have widgets you can add to your desktop and to your own site. Clipbast also pulls from every provider imaginable and very quickly.
I still find it hard to find videos relevant to what I'm looking for. If you have the same problem, checkout this site: http://www.usefulvideoclips.com. Its a user submitted useful video directory.
