This service uses your existing landline (if you still have one) or mobile number, but calls are done through IM applications like AIM, Google Talk, MSN and Yahoo! The service is currently getting ready to launch in a private beta.

Post voice notes to blogs and social networking sites. With Jott users can simply call in notes and things that have to get done instead of texting and driving. Users simply call the 1-866 number and speak a message. The message then gets sent to whoever is specified and transcribed into text and sent to an email address. Blog posts can also be called in and instantly transcribed and sent through the service, and instantly posted. The service is currently only opened up for residents of Canada and the US.

WooMe
Meet new people online. This online dating application being speed dating online. Meet 5 people that share your interest in 5 minutes through a video and voice capable system that brings a little interaction to the web dating scene. The site has not yet launched, but sign up for early access if it sounds interesting.

Hey Neilson
Currently in a closed beta, this social network created by the Neilson Company is a way for people to talk about their favorite and not so favorite entertainment. Post comments, reactions or anything else that is entertainment related to TV, Movies, Music, the Internet and Personalities. Neilson will thank you for the information, then sell it to the most influential people in the entertainment business. But hey, at least they gave you a great spot to vent right.

With Halloween fast approaching, it's a great time to get in some practice defending your territory against zombies. In Graveyard Shift, you take aim at zombies and other creepy-crawlies, blasting them into splatters of cartoony green guts. It's a casual first-person shooter, and it's very easy to get the hang of - use the mouse to aim, click to fire. Graveyard Shift has at least 15 levels, and it might even have some secret stages I haven't unlocked yet.

Hey! You spell "hey nielsen" title totally incorrect. It should be Nielsen and not Neilson. Please correct them!
