Navizon "virtual GPS" comes to iPhone
Navizon announced "virtual GPS" support for iPhone. Navizon uses WiFi access points and cell phone towers to triangulate your position. A demo is available for free with the full version of the program costing users $24.99.

Run OSX widgets on your iPhone

iPhone Dev team releases an easy-to-use GUI tool to unlock the iPhone
The iPhone Dev Team released a simple-to use GUI tool that allows the average user to unlock their iPhone to be used with the carrier of their choice.

O2 iPhone hands-on shows possible updates for iPhone 1.1.1
O2 was named as the official iPhone carrier for the UK. Engadget got their hands on a O2 iPhone. Their photo gallery of the device showed some potential updates for iPhone 1.1.1

iTunes 7.4.2 disables ringtone hack
iTunes 7.4.2 was released a mear 10 days after the release of iTunes 7.4.1. The update disabled a hack that gave users ability to easily create their own ringtones. Ringtons can still be added to your iPhone using iTunes 7.4.2 using this workaround.
