The spiffy free download Email Stripper 2.2 (Windows and Linux under WINE only) rescues emails like this by yanking all the stray symbols and weird spaces, then restoring it to its original easy-to-read format. Simply paste the wonky email (that's the technical term for it, you know) into Email Stripper, click a button and -- presto -- the text is cleaned up and ready to be cut and pasted into a new email.

Believe it or not, Atari have just released a bunch of old games on their own website. These aren't clones, these aren't even 'loving interpretations' -- these are the real thing, remade by Atari themselves. This comes as part of a re-launch for the Atari website which includes an online store.
I warn you, if you read on, this might turn into more than just a mere ten-minute time-waster.

I have to try that tool, a lot of people forward me those kinds of mails and eventually it gets super annoying.

or you could just paste the wonky e-mail into your favourite word-prosessor, use the find and replace-functions and glue the un-wonkied email back in your response... been doing that for years...
have to when strict administrators won't let me install everything I want to on my PC...
