You can watch each entry online (with a handy flash player). If you register for an account you can vote on entries, as well as download movies to watch on the go.
The festival runs through early September. Videos include short animations from Bill Plympton, online videos from popular series like Ask a Ninja and LonelyGirl15. But like any good film festival, there's a treasure trove of excellent material from producers you've never heard of.
