Because the information was posted in a Word document available for download from the state website.Apparently the document was intended for gubernatorial aides responsible for sending out emails from the governor's office. MAYBE ITS A GOOD TIME TO RUN A CHANNEL TO THE NORTHEAST TO THEIR RIVERS FOR FRESH WATER THAT TASTE GOOD FOR YOUR STATE. ALSO CHECK WITH THE OTHER GOVERNORS TO SHARE THE TAB FROM NEVADA TO THE MISSISSIPPI AND OHIO RIVERS. IT'D HELP YOUR PEOPLE OUT INSTEAD OF BUYING BOTTLED WATER, THE STATE CAN SELL NORMAL TASTING WATER AND AT THE SAME TIME HELP OUT TO STOP FLOODS. REMEMBER ONE THING, ALOT OF THOSE PEOPLE COME TO LAS VEGAS AND RENO.
