Russian court tells Visa they've gotta pay AllofMp3
Oh brother. AllofMp3 is notorious; Chased by governments and the music business alike, it struggled on longer than anyone could have predicted. It seems the saga of the now dead site isn't entirely over, as a Russian court has just told Visa that their decision to end the merchant contract held by the rouge mp3 site was against Russian law. It means little for the already dead AllofMp3.com but, Visa's termination of that contract was likely a major contributing factor to the site's decline and fall. A spokesperson for Visa says they have no plans to appeal the ruling.

So, just how good at time waster games are you? Think you've got the stuff? Well, The World's Hardest Game 2.0 doesn't think you do.
Yes, amazingly, it's possible to have a sequel to a game called "The World's Hardest Game". Mark:
Have your friend check MP3Sparks.com, and log in using his AllofMP3.com credentials. I was surprised to find my (admittedly minuscule) balance and all credentials were there. Even my checklist carried over. Prices seem to have gone up a bit, and they allegedly use a different licensing scheme, but I can't really tell a difference from my end.

For some reason, not all accounts (mine, for instance!) were ported properly across to mp3sparks.com. I can't log in there, but when I ask them to email me my password, they oblige immediately.
However, alltunes (alltunes.com), the itunes clone that was developed by allofmp3 is working fine. My account details were all ported perfectly, and my balance was intact.
