Supercharge Internet Explorer with IE7Pro
Some might say the best way to improve your web browsing experience with Internet Explorer 7 would be to download Firefox or Opera (hey, I didn't say it, "some" said it!). But if you've got you heart set on IE7 for one reason or another, you might want to check out IE7Pro, a plugin that adds a whole bunch of nifty features. Here are a few of our favorites:
- Tabbed browsing enhancements like double click to close a tab, open new tabs from the address bar, and hide the search bar
- Mouse gestures: right-click and drag your mouse up, down, left and right to navigate the current page or move to the next or previous pages
- Ad Blocker
- A crash recovery feature that restores all the pages you had open when your browser crashed
- Save pages to a text file
- Greasemonkey-like IE7Pro Script for adding new functions via scripts.

With Halloween fast approaching, it's a great time to get in some practice defending your territory against zombies. In Graveyard Shift, you take aim at zombies and other creepy-crawlies, blasting them into splatters of cartoony green guts. It's a casual first-person shooter, and it's very easy to get the hang of - use the mouse to aim, click to fire. Graveyard Shift has at least 15 levels, and it might even have some secret stages I haven't unlocked yet.
They key to getting good at Graveyard Shift is learning to use ...

I'm glad I'm first to comment because I've already used the plug in and let me say it helps, but you would still be better served by using Firefox.

I use Firefox at home, but at work we're forced to use IE. IE7Pro is an acceptable substitute when you can't get the real thing. Kudos to the developers. I have used it for a couple of months and have never had any problems. The tab features alone, especially the crash recovery, are worth the download.

Nice feature list, however does appear that it's simply copying the best of firefox's add-ons! I currently have all those features, tho the separate add-on downloads are a bit of a pain.

Hi,
Although it is nice tool, let me warn you that it is far from perfect.
I have been using it for a while (some months) and although it does some nice things it have SERIOUS performance issues. I am a heavy user of tabs, openning and closing a few ones (no more than 20), sometimes when I open a new tab (no mattering how many tabs I have already open) it crash IE without any message.
This issue is starting to get annoying and I am serously considering disabling IE7Pro.
Regards,
Mike

If you want a real browser that can handle many tabs, go with maxthon. FF hasn't been a great browser since version 0.9 and it's only the extensions that keep it as my secondary browser (opera is a better browser than FF). IE7 seems to have the same problems with memory and many tabs that FF does and IE7Pro helps make it more usable.

Why bother - If you want an excellent IE based browser, Maxthon has done all this for years.
