Microsoft Office Live lawsuit

OfficeLive runs sites that offer free professional advice to consumers under the names Legalofficelive.com and Realtorsofficelive.com, among others. An injunction has been issued to prevent Microsoft from using the name in the marketplace. What will this do to Microsoft? Well...it's getting to be a big enough pain, Microsoft can always just dump some bling bling on OfficeLive. Maybe purchase them outright and sell off their assets? Or, maybe an old-fashioned Compu-Global-Hyper-Mega-Net style buyout? "Break his legs, boys!"

Microsoft will just buy them out if they can... but, does this company sell stock? if not... then they wil have to buy them out the traditional way... which they might not do?

Looks like a total non-issue to me. Trademark suits have to demonstrate a potential for confusion in the marketplace of equivalent products, which Office Live and OfficeLive are apparently not. And yes, plenty of ways to solve this for MS, from slight re-branding to settlement, even if not.
