right, this is one of those things that can help or hurt. it gets linux in the mindspace of the average dingus, but at what cost? are they going to associate linux with vandals?
similar to rabid mac fanboys who give Apple a bad name!

Outside of the Microsoft Vista Ice House at Dundas Square on Friday I saw some Linux guys with a big inflatable penguin and handing out cds of Ubuntu and talking about Linux with people passing by.
When I came out of the Ice House their penguin had been forced to leave.

Well...to let everyone know, the portion of the wall that had "Linux" written on it, is now stripped off (so now it's just the tiles showing...)
