The deal to package Google's Toolbar with DivX video products will continue with a new multi year agreement.

Google's VP in China to resign
Johnny Chou will resign as of Dec 31st.

Google to gain an extra 73,000 sq ft in Michigan
Google is moving its sales force in Ann Arbor to an 80,000 square foot facility. The new space will hold 300-400 workers.
