Wow, so if legitimate uses of bittorrent start popping up maybe ISP's will be forced to stop throttling bittorrent traffic by the same companies that pressured them to do so in the first place.

-soory, I meant to say that maybe if MORE legitimate uses of bittorrent start popping up. There are already tons of perfectly legal uses out there as it is.
