Yes, amazingly, it's possible to have a sequel to a game called "The World's Hardest Game". It doesn't seem logically possible, since if the first one was actually the world's hardest, how could another one come along and share the moniker? It made me doubt the name in the first place. That is, until I tried the game.

I don't visit Digg as often as I did back when they had only the Technology section. Even if they increased their userbase like 2-3 times in the last year, I bet that half of the "new ones" have an interest in promoting either their blogs or sites they're affiliated with.

Yeah, maybe some folks like it, but I'm back to moderated news sites like TechCrunch or TechDirt or Salshdot or this. Every other front page item is Apple-related, it gets old fast.

There's a concept of social news system using no voting. According to this article (http://hubpages.com/hub/Social_news_without_voting) the system is resistant to spam and voting cliques. I actually don't know if this thing will work.

never understood the appeal of sites like digg.
i consider most people's opinion void. so why would i want to read stories voted to the top by these nonentities?
same reason i never bother looking at the "top" voted youtube videos....i know they have been voted for by idiots
