Lifehacker has printed a nice set of tweaks for Firefox 2 to make your browsing experience happer. There's six tweaks, including changing the tab scrolling behavior, modifying prefetching settings, and limiting its RAM usage. None of them are mind-blowing, especially to Firefox power-users, but there's few things that make me happier than undocumented tweakage. Yes, amazingly, it's possible to have a sequel to a game called "The World's Hardest Game". It doesn't seem logically possible, since if the first one was actually the world's hardest, how could another one come along and share the moniker? It made me doubt the name in the first place. It might be mentioned on there although I didn't spot it:
To remove the pointless go button you can go into about:config and change the value of browser.urlbar.hideGoButton to true

I was happy I was able to return my tabs close button to the way the previous version of firefox worked.
