SpotMilk admin theme for WordPress
WordPress rocks as a blogging platform. It's free, fast, solid and robust. Unfortunately, the administration interface is at best a little "blah", and if I'm a bit less nice about it, just plain ugly. Apparently I'm not the only person who thinks so, since the folks over at CeprixConception have released an administration interface theme for WordPress called SpotMilk to make it a bit easier on the eyes. SpotMilk is obviously modeled a bit on Apple's Spotlight, which is fine with me since it makes WordPress look quite a bit more polished. SpotMilk updates the following:- New WP logo design
- New Login/Register page
- Spotlight-styled header image
- New main and sub menus
- Font and color changes in menus, titles and texts
- Removing box styles in the WP News
- New forms and fancy buttons
- CSS support for other popular plugins

Couldn't agree more. Wordpress folks need to do some serious work about 'theming' the admin interface.
I recently had to change the admin interface and have it behave differently for different kind of users. It was one big nightmare trying to fudge wp-admin/index.php.
Theres got to be a better solution. Will try out Spot Milk.
