Google Maps Coupons
It appears as though Google is launching printable coupons available to consumers though Google Maps.When users are searching locations on Google Maps, they will see coupons for over 12,000 advertisers that are offering printable coupons from Valpak, a direct mail provider. A search for "Great Jones Spa" was done by Mike Pegg, which netted a result in Google Maps that displayed the address, along with a link for "Coupons". Upon clicking on the Coupons link, we were presented with two printable coupons with a "good until" date. This is another way Google is bridging the gap between online offline materials. We'll have to wait and see how successful this turns out to be, but it looks like it could be a nice added touch to Google AdWords.
