PTab Spreadsheets is designed for Windows NT/2000, Pocket PC Smartphones, handhelds, and the new Motorola Q.Some handheld devices unfortunately can only open, and not edit Excel documents. This is where PTab comes into play. PTab can open, edit and create .XLS documents, with most of the functionality that Microsoft's Excel has. It is a little scaled back, but it does the trick.
Z4Soft is offering this tool as a free download for 15 days of full functionality. From there, you have option of switching to a fully functional version if you are satisfied with it for $30 (Windows Mobile) or $15 for a desktop version.
