To-do list web app round-up
TechCrunch's Frank Gruber has done a brief round-up of five of the most popular web-based to-do list solutions: Ta-da Lists, Remember the Milk, Bla-bla List, voo2do, Tudu List. You can find the full article right here, but if you don't mind having it spoiled for you, I'll just tell you that 37signals' early offering Ta-da Lists comes out on top for its "clean and simple interface and good-enough feature set," but Gruber also praises Bla-bla List, voo2do, and Remember the Milk.

Web based to-do list. I really don't see how this could increase your day-to-day productivity. Isn't it more simple to just use Outlook's? You don't have to login online and is close to your emails, where most of the to-do's come from. Or the traditional blocknotes. Anyway, maybe I'm just too old for this...

Some people like to have access to their To-Do list from both home and work, so the web solutions work well for them.
Also, most web To-Do lists let you export the list(s) in RSS format so you can view them in another interface entirely. I have mine displayed on the most excellent www.netvibes.com (personal homepage).
It's certainly worth taking a look at.

I really like backpackit, but it may be a little bit out of the scope of this roundup since it does more than just a simple to-do list.

Give bzook.com a shot. It's way more than a simple to-do list. Still in beta, but already at the finishing stages. I am one of the developers, so please don't hit me hard for this shameless self-promotion.

Yes I figured out that they target people who access the to-do lists both from work and home. I guess this just isn't my situation, I mean I have a completely different list of to-do's at work, and a different one at home. Even if I could have them both in the same place, I wouldn't do my work tasks at home, and vice-versa.
