I don't know if this is a labor of love or merely the brainchild of four very gifted games designers, but Level Up is a really weird mash-up of gaming elements that you have probably never seen in a Flash game before.
Let's start with the premise itself: Groundhog Day meets Memento. The game experience revolves around 'days': you explore the world and the clock slowly ticks towards the evening. You bounce around picking up gems and talking to the denizens of 'Level Upland'. Eventually you feel tired and head back to ...

Will people never learn how to use ftp for such things?
Well, if they won't, then this is a very neat service for them :)

This website killed my work computer (500Mhz Intel P3, 512MB RAM) when uploading a file...had to basically sit there whil ethe system crawled like a baby. I do like the progress bar, will be great on my home machine, but I do not like the fact is doesn't give you a link when it is done. I do not trust most places and I would rather not get an e-mail and just take the link to use in my e-mail I send to people.
The website also needs a little help on the way it looks. I love the glassy looking icons, but hate the huge font and dead space. The tabbing is messed up on the upload page as well, tab from e-mail field skips the file box field. Plus the main page should be more condensed...I should have to scroll down just to click the send button.

What about the privacy? I didn't found anything about if they send you spam or sell your address. Anyone?

Thanks for your comments and feedback.
We have now fixed the tabbing bug and added a privacy our statement... "Don't worry: we will not sell your e-mail address, or send you any spam!"
Cheers,
