If you'd like to access flickr on your desktop like one big hard drive, flickrfs may just be the answer. Inspired by Gmail Drive, flickrfs "mounts" your flickr account, letting you download, upload and search pics via the command line. Command line, you say? Right. This is a Linux app, though it shouldn't be too hard to port to OSX (and probably Windows with a little more effort), which should allow you to access it through the Finder (and Explorer). Mount flickr on your desktop with flickrfs

You had me right up to "command line". CL has it's place but definitely not for accessing flickr!
