Windows Vista Sidebar and Gadgets video

It's hard to talk about the new Sidebar in Windows Vista without talking about OS X's Dashboard and Konfabulator, but you've heard it all before so I'll skip it. Anyway, Microsoft's Channel 9 has posted a very long video that shows you everything there is to know about "gadgets," a.k.a. Sidebar widgets. It's 42 minutes long, so not for the faint of heart, but they go over everything from creating gadgets with XAML to the web gadgets that can be integrated into Start.com. Yes, amazingly, it's possible to have a sequel to a game called "The World's Hardest Game". It doesn't seem logically possible, since if the first one was actually the world's hardest, how could another one come along and share the moniker? It made me doubt the name in the first place. That is, until I tried the game.
