Google Purchases page discovered
Rumors that Google is developing a payment system apparently have at
least some truth to them. WebmasterBrain is reporting that a sign-up
page for a system called "Google Purchases" was online until recently.
The page, according to WebmasterBrain, asked for credit card data and a
valid U.S. address. There's a screenshot up as well. The original page has been taken down by Google.[Via TechDirt]

Yes, amazingly, it's possible to have a sequel to a game called "The World's Hardest Game". It doesn't seem logically possible, since if the first one was actually the world's hardest, how could another one come along and share the moniker? It made me doubt the name in the first place. Supposedly several people have been saying this is the system used for purchasing items from the Google Store. So if that's true, its not exactly what we're all hoping it is.
