Protopage: an AJAX-based stickies application

We love AJAX here at Download Squad, and this bit of AJAX goodness caught my eye: Protopage is a user-editable page where you can create drag and drop sticky notes with text or links. You can choose between a public and private page -- though only you can edit your page even when it's public. Save your page by giving it a name, then use it as your home page for a web-based dashboard of sorts.

Yes, amazingly, it's possible to have a sequel to a game called "The World's Hardest Game". It doesn't seem logically possible, since if the first one was actually the world's hardest, how could another one come along and share the moniker? It made me doubt the name in the first place. Don't forget the great checkbox when creating new notes: "Treat as HTML" which allows you to use both html and javascript. With this you can create custom notes showing whatever you need, from minibrowsers to rss-parsers, weather etc. Make it your active desktop wallpaper and you've got the handiest wallpaper ever :-)
