This is one of the most in-depth tutorials I've ever seen on how to create that wicked worn look for your images that just never seems to go out of style. Hailing from the most excellent Authentic Boredom, a site that deals with all things CSS, marketing and design run by Cameron Moll, this is a 4-part extravaganza detailing the necessary Photoshop tools and pre-installed filters, as well as software that can do it all for you if you've just given up or are too lazy. I've been a fan of Cameron Moll for a while now, but i'd somehow missed this article.. as always, it's great! Sometimes the best effects are the simplest.

Same here, love the guy's work. On his site the other day I noticed this tutorial is actually his most viewed page, even though it's around a year old. Guy really knows his stuff.
