MyProgs brings social bookmarking to your software collections

If you've gotten used to storing your bookmarks on Del.icio.us and like the idea of using social networks to manage once-private data, here's another variation on the concept, designed for software fans. MyProgs is a social software site, and works like most other social sites: store a tagged list of the programs you use, and you can check out what everyone else is using, and see if there are some better apps out there that you may not be familiar with. Of course, unlike bookmarks, which you use daily (and which can be autosynced with Del.icio.us using a number of tools), lists of software are a bit more arcane, and require some manual work to maintain. But if you're as excited about tracking down new wares as I am, this could be the service for you.
