Gmail Drive 1.0.6 Released

Similar to Xmail, which we mentioned two weeks ago, Gmail Drive allows Windows users to create a virtual hard drive complete with a drive letter to store data in, using Gmail as their data store. This has limited use, as it is understandably very slow, but can be used successfully for backing up important documents. Note that this version fixes a problem introduced by recent changes to Gmail. The developer states that older versions of the utility must be uninstalled before installing this updated version.

Uninstall the application to remove the drive, the 'log out' feature seems not to work.
